# Argentina Citizenship by Investment Application Timeline

No filing-to-decision calendar has been published. Government applications are not yet confirmed as open.

## A 30-business-day period, not a full calendar

[Decree 524/2025](https://www.boletinoficial.gob.ar/detalleAviso/primera/329061/20250731) gives the Dirección Nacional de Migraciones (DNM) 30 business days to decide after DNM receives APCI's report. That period is not 30 days from the application. It is not a total processing time. It is not a guaranteed overall processing time. APCI's assessment and interagency review occur before this period.

Article 6 of the same decree leaves complementary procedure rules to APCI. Those rules were not found as a published regulation. See the [due diligence process](/guides/argentina-citizenship-investment-due-diligence) guide for the limits of what the decrees specify.
