# Argentina Citizenship by Investment Documents - Apostille and Translations

The investment-naturalization provision is distinct from temporary or permanent residence. The decrees do not specify an application-document checklist for investor applicants.

This page does not list a passport, an apostille, a criminal record, proof of funds, or a Spanish translation as an investor requirement. Those items are not inferred from other Argentine immigration files. The [due diligence process](/guides/argentina-citizenship-investment-due-diligence) guide covers the same limit: the decrees do not publish that checklist.
